Computer Problem Busters, Inc. is dedicated to taking the frustration out of home and business computing. We offer a variety of different services to meet your home computing needs. Software Installation and Support. Computer Problem Busters, Inc. offers home users a full range of support services for MS-Windows, Macintosh, and Linux machines. Examples of these services include tasks such as a need to upgrade the performance of a machine, installing or downloading new software or software upgrades, system or device driver upgrades, general troubleshooting of operating system or third-party software problems as well as any other software-related need you may have.

Hardware Support and Upgrades. Computer Problem Busters, Inc. can install, troubleshoot, and repair your home computer(s) and peripherals such as printers, routers, switches, CD/DVD ROMs and external storage devices. If your computer or a peripheral device fails or is outdated, call us for help. When you are ready to upgrade to a new computer or other equipment, Computer Problem Busters, Inc. can give you unbiased advice on your best options, and once you have it, our team can help you with everything from setting things up to transferring software and data from the old system to the new one.

Network Support. If you have more than one computer in your home, it is very convenient to have a Local Area Network (LAN) with which you can share data, printers, Internet access, and more. Computer Problem Busters, Inc. will help you install and/or support a wireless or wired LAN in your home. Computer Problem Busters, Inc. can also help you with email support including setting up multiple mail clients and Internet connectivity support.

Security. With viruses, worms and spyware running rampant on the Internet, it is crucial for your home computer(s) to have virus protection software, a reliable firewall and some means of spyware removal to protect you from hackers and other malicious users. If you have young children, you may also want to set up a parental control system. Wherever and whenever you access the Internet, having the appropriate security components in place is not a luxury, but a necessity. Computer Problem Busters, Inc. can help you assess your security needs as well as implement a simple and manageable security system for your home computer(s) or network.

Data Recovery. In many situations, it is crucial to recover data from your computer. For example, if your computer won't boot up but you think your data is still intact - just inaccessible, we can usually get it for you. If your computer's operating system is so corrupted that the only reasonable option is to wipe it out and start over fresh, you are NOT out of luck! Even if you simply want to move your data from an old computer to a new one, we can do that for you. Of course no one can guarantee that ALL of your data is recoverable, but typically we are able to get everything, and in the rare cases where we can't, you are only responsible for what we are able to recover.
