If You Bring Your Equipment To Us
- We will typically call you within 2-6 hours of receipt of your equipment and provide you with:
- An estimated cost to complete the work
- Recommendations based on the results of our diagnostics
- We will also tell you, based on your authorization to proceed, when we anticipate completion of work
If You Would Like Us To Pick Up Your Equipment
- We will pick up your equipment within one business day.
- We will typically call you within 2-6 hours of receipt of your equipment and provide you with:
- An estimated cost to complete the work
- Recommendations based on the results of our diagnostics
- We will also tell you, based on your authorization to proceed, when we anticipate return of your equipment.
- Service Charge: For Pick-Up/Drop-Off service, we add a Service Charge based on travel time required to pick up and bring back your equipment. Please call us at (314) 878-2878 to determine the Service Charge.
If You Would Like Us To Do The Work In Your Home or Office
- We will work with you to schedule a convenient time to come to your
home or office
- Service Charge: For On-Site service, we add a Service Charge based on travel time required to travel to and from your home or office. Please call us at (314) 878-2878 to determine the Service Charge.
Please understand that in certain cases, we may need to take your equipment back to our lab to complete the work.
