• We will arrange to promptly pick up your equipment at a time that is convenient for you.
• We will typically call you within 2-6 hours of receipt of your equipment and provide you with:
  • An estimated cost to complete the work
  • Recommendations based on the results of our diagnostics
  • We will also tell you, based on your authorization to proceed, when we anticipate return of your equipment.
  • We will arrange to promptly return your equipment at a time that is convenient for you.

• For Pick-Up/Drop-Off service, we add a Service Charge based on travel time required to pick up and bring back your equipment.  Please call us at 314-878-2878 to determine the Service Charge.

In most cases, the total time that passes from the time we pick up your computer until we complete the repairs and return the computer to you is 1-2 business days.
