We have a retail location where you can bring your computer and/or computer equipment to us.  This is the most economical way for you to get your computer serviced, and we are able to provide the most thorough diagnostics when you choose this option.  No appointment is necessary - come in when it's convenient for you!

• We will typically call you within 2-6 hours of receipt of your equipment and provide you with:
  • An estimated cost to complete the work
  • Recommendations based on the results of our diagnostics
• We will also tell you, based on your authorization to proceed, when we anticipate completion of work

In most cases, the total time that passes from the time you drop your computer off with us until we complete the repairs and the computer is available to you is 1-2 business days.
