While this is our most expensive option, it is often the only choice. For example, if you have a problem with multiple computers being able to print or connect to the Internet, bringing one or more to us will not solve the problem. Other times, people prefer that we come to them rather than bringing their equipment to our shop. We will always try to offer you the most appropriate choice for your circumstance.
This option is very similar to the BRING IT IN option, but for an additional fee, based on your location, we can schedule a time to pick up your computer and when the work is complete, a time to drop it off to you. We do NOT give you a time window in which we will be there, but instead, we agree to a specific time. If we are going to be late, we ALWAYS will call to make sure it's still convenient for you.

Pay a hardware/software diagnostic fee upon checking in your computer and typically in less than a day, we will get back to you with the results of the diagnostics, options, recommendations, and pricing for anything we discuss. Your diagnostic fee applies to any additional labor that you approve.
